Arlean J. Edwards is a highly respected Certified Health and Wellness Coach with over 30 years of experience, dedicated to helping individuals achieve optimal health through holistic wellness practices. As the founder and lead coach at 1 Pathway 2 Wellness, Arlean has spent decades cultivating a comprehensive approach to wellness that integrates physical, mental, and spiritual health. Her expertise in the field has made her a trusted advisor to clients ranging from individuals seeking personal health transformations to larger communities looking to develop sustainable wellness programs.

A native of New Orleans, Louisiana, Arlean’s creole roots and passion for community have shaped her coaching philosophy, which emphasizes personalized care and the power of building supportive health networks. After many years of working in New Orleans, including 8 years as a Wellness Coach for Dr. Theresa C. Adderley’s Family Practice, she relocated to Augusta, GA, where she continues to influence lives through her coaching, workshops, and wellness ministry programs.

Her coaching program, 1 Pathway 2 Wellness, focuses on helping clients unlock their full potential by addressing the root causes of health issues and guiding them through tailored wellness plans. Through her decades of service, Arlean has become a leading figure in wellness coaching, widely admired for her deep commitment to the holistic well-being of her clients.

  • Prior to your first session, you will fill out a new client form where we will evaluate your current eating habits and health objectives.
  • During your FOLLOW-UP SESSIONS, I will recommend the top 1-3 dietary or lifestyle adjustments to help you work towards your goals. We will build on the habits established in the previous session, incorporating enjoyable “homework” tasks to complete in between. You’ll have the opportunity to discuss your progress, address any challenges, and I will introduce new topics along with additional actions to concentrate on.
  • You will be supported and guided in staying accountable to your goals and commitments, ensuring you have the help needed to follow through.
  • You will be provided with a variety of handouts, worksheets, recipes, and customized suggestions to help you reach your specific objectives.
  • During your final session, we will evaluate your progress together, and you will depart with guidance to help you sustain your accomplishments for a lifetime of wellness!
